Research Compound Indemnity & Liability Waiver

Research Use Only – Not for Human Consumption

In consideration of the purchase of research compounds from Unlocked Era LLC (“Unlocked Era”), I, the undersigned purchaser, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unlocked Era, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates (collectively referred to as “Unlocked Era”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to the purchase, possession, storage, handling, distribution, resale, or use of the research compounds.

I understand and acknowledge that:

The research compounds sold by Unlocked Era are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes.
These products are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human consumption.
The compounds are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
I am solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, handling, and use of these products, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

I hereby release, discharge, and waive any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities against Unlocked Era arising from or relating to the research compounds.

I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unlocked Era from any claims, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, regulatory violations, misuse, improper labeling, resale, or other harm connected in any way to the products.

This waiver and indemnification agreement shall apply to me and my heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.

By completing a purchase from Unlocked Era, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this agreement.
I am purchasing for legitimate research purposes only.
I agree voluntarily to all terms and conditions stated herein.
